- Optimize website URLs:
A URL might be something like
www.yoursite.com/thepageiwanttorank.html. The part we are talking
about is thepageiwanttorank.html.
Our purpose is to help search
engines understand the content of the page because crawlers place
weight on the content of the URL and to make your page look more
attractive in the search engine results. URL should match the page
title but we can strip 'stop words' out of it such as "and",
"or", "the".
Good example: If our page
title is 'Frequently Asked Questions' the our URL might be /faq or
/frequently-asked-questions.
Bad Example: A URL like page
/php?product=faq&??.
- Optimize Page Titles:
Each page has one title and
this can be found within the HTML code tags <title> and
</title>.
Page title tells search
engines what our content is about (and they will believe you if the
content matches) so we should be looking to get one or two of the
keywords that we want to rank for in here.
The page title is also the
useful for users to click on in the search results. So it should be
interesting and engaging to encourage visitors to click through.
Every page on your site should
have a unique title of no more than 70 characters (or it won't show
fully in the search results).
- Optimize meta description tags:
Each page has one meta
description tag and in the HTML code it looks like <meta
description="The description of the page" />.
Every page should have a
unique meta description of up to 160 characters which provides a
summary of the page.
Meta descriptions often show
as the black text in search results so they should be attractive and
motivate internet users to click through.
- Check keyword density:
Keyword density is the
percentage of times the keyword (or phrase) that you are trying to
rank for shows in each page. So if one of your keyword phrase is
'HomeCare Software' and this appears twice in 100 words of content
your density is 2%.
We have to keep keyword
density for each word or phrase between 2 and 6% in order not to
appear spammy and to ensure your text is easy to read. We have to
make sure that the keywords should appear naturally within the main
text content of the page.
- Make internal links count:
Internal links are any links
within our website that navigates the user to another page within
website.
Whenever possible we have to
make link text and make that text descriptive or where we have no
choice but to use 'click here' or 'see more' then we have to consider
changing them into graphics so their text is ignored and will use the
title tag within the link code to be descriptive.
- Understand the visitors:
What your visitors do has a
direct bearing on your organic rankings so you'll need to understand
what makes them stay also what makes them leave.
We have to set up Google
Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools to track our website visitors
for the needful changes if required.
- Build links:
Links from other websites to
ours tell the search engines you are popular so long as they are
quality links from quality websites.
Ideally the content we create
should persuade others naturally to link to share our content on
social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, etc.
We do not engage our website
in any link building automatic programmes or software as these are
the fastest way to getting banned from Google.

- Website is opening with different ways (i.e. http://adlware.com/, http://www.adlware.com/, http://www.adlware.com/index.php, http://adlware.com/index.php, etc). Google will consider this as a different URLs, need to redirect all the urls on single url(i.e. http://www.adlware.com).
- It will be very useful if we add contact numbers, "Chat With Us", "Sign Up", "Login", etc functionality in the header section so that our users can directly access to those for their all queries related to software.
- Need to add the website Logo along with the Copyright information, Social Media badge or widget, list of links to individual product/software in the footer section.
- We can add "Request your interactive demo now!" option for users so that they can use the software.
- Need to add the videos on the website so that it will help end user to understands the product/software.
- Menu present on right side on website and the information under "CALIFORNIA, AB241" and "CAHSAH CONF '14" is increasing the length of page. Need to arrange all the menus and information so that it will help us to remove the Blank Space which increasing the webpage length.
- Need to make "No Follow" to all the external links from website.
- No "Contact US" page present on the website on header or footer section on our website.
- Need to optimize the 404 links present on website.
